Shades of Beautii Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All orders are processed within a 48 to 72 hour from the date of purchase. Please be mindful that shipping may take longer than normal due to the nationwide pandameic of Covid-19. If you need apparel or accessories immediately; contact us before your purchase to insure a timely arrival of your merchandise.
Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when Shades of Beautii Boutique is closed will be processed the next business day.
ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make the address you entered is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SHADESOFBEAUTII.COM, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Priority and Free Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days
If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our boutique, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.
If you are in the local Hampton Roads, VA or outlining cities (Norfolk, VA Beach, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Suffolk, etc) you are able to shop online and pick up select items at our location in Hampton. Typically, your order will be ready for pick-up within an 48-72 hours.
You're responsible for all customs and duties fees.
Shades of Beautii can not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.
Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can be.
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
You have typically 48 hours from the date you received your order to return your items or contact us. Please use the address on the invoice to return your item. We find that the USPS Flat rate box is the less inexpensive shipping method when returning your item. Remember to keep record of your tracking number. Once your item is received, please allow 48-72 hours for your return to be processed. We will send your exchanged item or email you a credit code.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 2 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. Subject Line: ORDER CONCERN. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
If your package refused or return from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. Shades of Beautii Boutique does not issue refunds.
